Policy Borrowing and Transfer
For many years, educational policy transfer has become a transient commodity, with many International Schools around the world adopting frameworks and curriculums from other countries. Steiner-Khamsi (2008) concludes that the motivation for movement of policies is based on the idea that we can learn “lessons from elsewhere” (Steiner-Khamsi, 2008, p.216).
