Our BESPOKE Course Design

All of our courses follow the same basic design structure and delivery through: 

• asynchronous (online) 
• synchronous (online and face-to-face) 

Each of our courses are of a bespoke design, tailored to meet the needs of the different roles within school; therefore the content and organisation may vary from course to course.

Asynchronous modules are all delivered online and they are accessible for you to complete at your convenience.  All of our courses are structured in a progressive format, so each element on the journey links to the previous one and prepares you for the next.  This means that there is an expectation that you complete the asynchronous modules previous to any synchronous or face-to-face modules. 

Apart from this, you can complete them at a time that fits your schedule! 

Synchronous modules are delivered online.  These modules will be scheduled for you to attend live, via an online platform, with one of our Next Gen Teaching professionals.  As groups will be assigned based on your region, we will always try our best to schedule, so that all participants can attend these events.

Face-to-face modules are just that - in person, delivered by one of our professionals.  We have Professional Learning Hubs in different countries and you will be invited to attend the 3 day events across the year.
