For years we have promoted the idea of 'Lifelong Learning' for our students - but surely it needs to start with the professional educators.

Professional development is notorious across the education system as being a struggle for teachers to complete and a headache for leaders to deliver. For the majority of professional development, there is very little impact upon classroom practice - which explains why teachers and leaders find it a headache!

Here at Next Gen Teaching we consider this aspect and design CPLD that develops each practitioner in both their knowledge and their ability to utilise this knowledge to improve their practice.
