On our Educative Mentor course, across the academic year, you will apply the latest knowledge of academic theory, research and the science of learning to develop your skills as a mentor. Throughout the year you will engage in relevant reading and academic research, and then, through our synchronous online and face-to-face events, you will develop high level skills in mentoring and coaching techniques to support the development of practitioners within your school. In order to register for this course you will need to be a qualified teacher. All of our courses are rooted in the teaching expectations for England and Wales, however, you can register for this course if you qualified in a different country.
